Construction Crew Member

We are expanding our construction teams and are seeking hardworking individuals ready to make a difference. As a Construction Crew Member at U.S. Bridge, you’ll be part of a team that builds durable, high-quality bridges that connect communities and drive progress.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the construction and assembly of steel bridges
• Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Supporting team members to ensure timely project completion
• Following all safety guidelines and quality standards

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to work outdoors and travel to job sites as needed
• A team player with a positive attitude
